Kayla Deal, M.A., brings a blend of clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to her role as Program Director. She holds a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and brings over eight years of experience as an Intellectual Disabilities (ID) Case Manager.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Deal has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to supporting individuals in achieving greater independence and an improved quality of life. Her leadership is defined by a collaborative approach, a deep knowledge of person-centered planning, and a strong focus on delivering services that are not only compliant, but also meaningful and empowering.
Assistant Program Director
Nancy Greene is a highly experienced professional with more than 36 years dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities and mental health needs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and has held diverse roles across the behavioral health system, including key positions within the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).
Mrs. Greene’s extensive background spans both clinical and administrative settings, allowing her to bring a comprehensive perspective to her leadership. Her deep knowledge, compassionate outlook, and hands-on mentorship have been instrumental in developing programs that emphasize safety, inclusion, and holistic, person-centered care.
